All questions/concerns should go through your chapter chain of command, the state rep, the state president and then if you still don't have an answer to Brother Doc. 90% of the time you will be answered before reaching the state president. Please understand Pops and Doc are very busy and still need time to study and pray as well as time to be with their family and take care of their personal lives. That is the reason for the chain of command.
